Terms

The short agreement.

Duluk is a prayer log for iPhone, made by one person. Using the app means you accept these terms and Apple’s standard licence for App Store apps.

The licence

Duluk is licensed, not sold, under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. That document covers the usual ground: personal use on devices you own, no reverse engineering, no resale. These terms add the parts specific to Duluk.

What is free

Logging your prayers, fixing the history, the count, reminders, prayer times, the widget, backups and export are free, and will stay free. No part of the log is ever locked behind payment.

Duluk Plus

Duluk Plus adds the card collection, the private monthly and yearly views, and the app icons. It is sold as:

Prices are shown in the App Store in your local currency before you buy. Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID and renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current term ends. You manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings, not in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policy.

If you cannot pay, you can ask for free access through the form linked in the app. No proof is asked for.

Whatever happens to a subscription, your log stays open, readable and exportable.

What Duluk is not

Duluk is a record you keep. It is not a religious authority and gives no rulings. Prayer times are calculated on the device with the Adhan library from the method you choose, and methods differ by region and school. When it matters, check against your local mosque or community.

Reminders depend on iOS delivering local notifications, which can be delayed or silenced by Focus modes, Low Power Mode and other system settings outside the app’s control.

Your data

Everything you log belongs to you and stays on your phone. What leaves the device is described on the privacy page. Keep your own backups: if the phone is lost or the app is deleted, I have no copy to restore.

Cards you share

Cards you save or share are yours to post anywhere. The Duluk name and icon on them may stay as they are but should not be altered to suggest an endorsement.

No warranty, limited liability

Duluk is provided as is. I work to keep it correct and available, but I cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, including lost data. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and the app will point to the new version. Continuing to use Duluk after that means you accept the change.
